Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $8.00
- Free Standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
- Express shipping: $15.00
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
In-stock items are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
- Standard shipping: 3 to 7 business days after your order ships
- Express shipping: 2 to 3 business days after your order ships
Custom and made-to-order items
Custom sublimated hoodies, tracksuits, sweatshirts and other made-to-order items need production time before they ship. We'll confirm the production time and expected ship date with you when you place your order.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Lost or damaged packages
