Return Policy

We want you to love your RYNOF gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-day returns with free return shipping

You can return motorcycle vests, rain suits and varsity jackets within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free: contact us and we'll email you a prepaid return label.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags attached and in the original packaging.

Custom and made-to-order items

Custom sublimated hoodies, tracksuits, sweatshirts and any other item made to your design, sizes or specifications are made just for you, so they can't be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective, damaged, or different from the design you approved.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Start a return for the item you have and place a new order for the size you need. That's the fastest way to get your replacement.

How to start a return

Email info@rynof.com or call +1 718-669-9444 with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, because returns without a prepaid label from us can't be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.
